4. When the Enter email window appears, enter your address and verify your email.

7. Grant all required access with timeet.

What is the minimum age for use?

The minimum age to use timeet is 18 years old. If you do not meet timeet's minimum age to use the service, you will not be able to sign up for timeet until you are 18 years old. 

Is TIMEET available anywhere in the world?

As a global social discovery platform, timeet will be available in 190+ countries and 40+ languages by 2026. Whether you want to meet new people, make local friends in your travels, or just plain bored, timeet is there for you.  

Is timeet free?

timeet can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store, or you can use the ti-meet.com It's available for free on our website. In the free version, you can swipe through your profile to get guides.

Supported platforms and devices

timeet is currently available for iOS, Android, and HMS devices. In addition to the mobile app  ti-meet.comA web version is available at . 

You can also download timeet lite from the Google Play Store for anytime, anywhere use. 

Currently, timeet supports iOS 15.0 and later versions, Android 7.0 and later versions, and the latest versions of all major web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).

Changing the timeet language setting

TIMEET is now available in 190 countries and over 40 languages. You can use the app or ti-meet.comto change your language settings, follow the instructions below.

What happens if I hit the age limit on a timeet? 

The minimum age to use TIMEET is 18 years old. If you do not meet TIMEET's minimum age requirement and are not eligible to use the service, you will not be able to sign up for TIMEET until you are 18 years old. See you later! 

Did you type something wrong? 

If you are at least 18 years old but entered your birth date incorrectly, you can correct it through TIMEET's age verification process. 

To begin this process, please open timeet, select the age verification option, and submit your ID to the third-party website that timeet uses to verify your age. Once we review your ID and verify that you are at least 18 years of age, we will remove any restrictions on your use of the Services and correct your date of birth on your profile. 

Behind the scenes of timeet® - the matching algorithm

A lot of people ask us about the TIMEET algorithm: how we sort profiles for recommendations, what's the rationale behind it, and if there's really a system trick to get more matches. Today, we're going to talk about the details of how the TIMEET algorithm works.

Factors that affect matches

Trusted Temperature Default Policy

1. by temperature:

• The initial trust temperature is set to 36.5°, which corresponds to step 4.
• The temperature adjusts up or down based on your profile information and activity, categorized from 0 to 5.
  • Step 0 (20° or less): Scam risk accounts
  • Step 1 (20.1° to 25°): Low trust
  • Step 2 (25.1° to 30°): Lack of trust
  • Step 3 (30.1° to 35°): Moderate confidence
  • Step 4 (35.1° to 40°): High trust
  • Stage 5 (40.1° and above): Highly confident

2. Organize your profile information and contributions

• There are some items that are required to be filled out to increase the credibility of the profile, and others that contribute to the temperature when filled out.
  • Upload images (minimum of 2 required): At least 2 images (10%) to a maximum of 5 images (20%)
  • Languages spoken, languages of interest: Required
  • Bio: Required, contribute to 30%
  • Basic info (height, gender, school, occupation): 5% each contributed
  • Lifestyle (pets, drinking, smoking, exercise, food preferences): contribute 51 TP3T each
  • Travel interests (cafes, pubs, parks, etc.): 5% Contributions

Post-guided trust temperature adjustment policy

1. review system

• After the guide, the other person leaves a rating, which changes the temperature accordingly.
  • Very satisfied: +0.5
  • Satisfied: 0° (no change)
  • Dissatisfied: -0.5°.
• When writing a review, you can leave specific positive or negative feedback, and depending on the reason, additional temperature fluctuations may occur.

2. temperature reduction criteria

• If you accumulate a certain number of unsatisfactory reviews or if your profile information is found to be falsified, you may receive a warning from App Ops and your trust temperature may drop.

Other policies

• Trust temperature phase 0 restriction: If the temperature drops below 20°, your account will be restricted for a period of time and you will need to regain trust before you can use it normally.
• Trust rebuilding opportunities: Users can rebuild their trust temperature with positive reviews within a certain period of time.
• Anti-cheating policy: If you intentionally receive unsatisfactory reviews from others or attempt to increase your temperature in a fraudulent manner, you may be judged to have abused the Trusted Temperature system and sanctioned.

Purpose of the Trusted Temperature System

The Trust Temperature system provides a safe guided experience by intuitively showing the level of trust between users. It encourages sincere profile completion and good manners, and promotes trust between users.

However, there are many factors that don't play a role in the selection of recommended profiles.

TIMEET gives you the opportunity to meet new people beyond the familiar confines of friends and family. There's a reason why international marriages have increased since TIMEET launched, right?

Guided Services Policy

1. Guided Ring Matching Process

• Traveler-proposed guide fee: Travelers send a request to a guide with a pre-emptive guide fee when they propose an in-person meeting.
• Acceptance by the guide: The guide reviews the price and the proposed meetup and decides whether to accept. If accepted, the in-person meeting will be organized.

2. GPS authorization and guide payment

• Location authentication: When a guide and traveler meet offline, both parties need to authenticate that they are in the same place via the app's GPS feature.
• Time condition: After 15 minutes in the same place, the system considers the meeting to have gone well and automatically pays the guide.
• Automatic payout conditions: If the same location is deauthorized within 15 minutes, the guide fee payout may be canceled and will be processed automatically by the system after that point.

3. guide fee exchange policy

• Exchange requests: Guides can request to exchange their earned guiding fees through the app and will need to enter their preferred recipient account information.
• Fee: 45% of the exchange amount is deducted as a fee, and the remaining amount is deposited into the guide's designated account.
• Deposit time: Money will be credited to your account within a maximum of 6 hours after your currency exchange request.

Refund and dispute resolution policies

1. meeting cancellation and refund terms

• Traveler cancellation: If a traveler cancels before the meeting, you won't get paid.
• Meeting fails: If both parties fail to complete GPS verification, the guide fee is automatically canceled.

2. dispute resolution process

• Contact support: If you have a meeting-related complaint, you can contact in-app support.
• Investigation and action: Based on the GPS information recorded in the system and the communication history between users, we will investigate and take appropriate action to resolve the dispute fairly.

Other policies

1. Service Usage Restrictions

• If an account is found to be repeatedly canceling meetings, compromising credibility, or attempting to abuse the system, they may be subject to restrictions.

2. privacy

• Your location and account information is only used during the currency exchange and verification process and is never stored for any purpose other than the service.
